TERMS & CONDITIONS

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions aim to regulate the terms and conditions of use and procedures of the viral content intelligence platform service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') provided by Komission (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company'), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Content of Service)

The services provided by the Company are as follows:

• Viral content analysis and pattern discovery service
• AI-based content remix and optimization recommendation
• Content Genealogy tracking and visualization
• Creator loyalty and reward system
• O2O (Online to Offline) campaign linkage service
• Real-time trend analysis and insight provision

Article 3 (Obligations of Users)

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Act of stealing other people's information or registering false information
• Act of using information obtained using the service commercially without the Company's prior consent
• Act of infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or a third party
• Act of interfering with the normal operation of the service
• Unauthorized access using automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)

Article 4 (Content and Intellectual Property Rights)

Copyright for content uploaded or requested for analysis by users on the service belongs to the original author. Users can strictly register content for which they have legitimate rights or have received permission to use.

The Company may use anonymized analysis data for service improvement and AI learning purposes, and the user's personal information is not processed in this process.

Article 5 (Points and Loyalty)

The Company may pay K-Point (hereinafter referred to as 'Point') according to the user's activities. Points are accumulated based on the following criteria:

• Royalty payment to original author when original content is Forked (remixed)
• Bonus points when content view milestones are achieved
• Reward upon O2O campaign participation and mission completion
• Reward for consecutive attendance and daily mission completion

※ Cash conversion, validity period, and usage conditions of points are subject to separate notices.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not responsible if it cannot provide services due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, system failures, or malicious acts by third parties. In addition, AI analysis results are provided as reference materials, and the Company is not responsible for user decisions based on them.

Article 7 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance.

Article 8 (Third-Party Platform Content)

This service may display public content from third-party platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram through official embed features provided by those platforms.

• Copyright of embedded content belongs to the original creator, and the Company does not copy or store such content
• The Company is not responsible for display interruption due to third-party platform service discontinuation, policy changes, or content deletion
• If the original creator requests removal of embed display, the Company will process the request within a reasonable period (7 business days)
• Users must comply with the terms of use of third-party platforms, and the Company is not responsible for disputes with such platforms

Article 9 (Content Analysis and Pattern Extraction)

Abstract ideas extracted from videos registered or submitted for analysis by users, such as 'patterns', 'hook structures', 'storyboard elements', and 'timing strategies', are analysis results that are not subject to copyright protection.

Users agree to the following regarding content they submit:

• The Company extracting non-copyrightable elements such as patterns, structures, and strategies from the content
• Extracted patterns being provided to other users as reference material in anonymized form
• Pattern data being used for service improvement and AI training

※ Pattern data is stored separately from original videos, and original videos themselves are not stored on Company servers. Original videos are only displayed through third-party platform embeds.

Article 10 (AI Generated Content Policy)

When users register AI-generated content to the service or upload to external platforms, they must comply with the AI content disclosure policies of those platforms.

Article 11 (Data Portability)

Users may exercise their right to data portability for data they have provided to the service.

• Users can download their data in JSON format from My Page
• Data portability requests will be processed within 7 business days
• Transferable data: Profile information, analysis history, point history, campaign participation records
• Metadata collected from third-party platforms (views, thumbnails, etc.) belongs to those platforms and is excluded from portability

Article 12 (Lineage Crew Service)

Lineage Crew is a service that provides lineage-based competition and controlled A/B testing between creators.

※ Violations may result in Elo score reset, VP forfeiture, and permanent service suspension.

Article 13 (Gamification and Points Policy)

The Company provides gamification elements to encourage user participation.

※ Gamification elements (Elo, VP, badges, tiers) may be changed with prior notice for service improvement.

Article 14 (A/B Lineage Testing and Creator Obligations)

Creators participating in A/B lineage tests in brand campaigns must comply with the following.

※ Complies with Korea Fair Trade Commission 'Deceptive Advertising Review Guidelines' (effective Oct 30, 2025) and FTC guidelines.
